The bed of piglets nursery crate uses the wire mesh weaving leakage dung floor, while the frame of the farrowing crate is made by the hot dip galvanized pipe and 40 angle welded together. The antiseptic treatment of farrowing crate can using three methods such as galvanization, plastic immersion and paint.
The sow crib is welded by the 2mm steel plate, while the piglet using the steel plate with thickness of 0.8mm.
The piglets nursery crate can feed about 10 piglets,
Full plastic floor( 500*600mm), glass reinforced plastic support beam, PVC fence (H:600mm, thickness 35mm), the 2 bars will use the one set dry and wet automatic feeding system.

Generally,the piglets care bed is the single cote and single bed.We refer to the design concept of separated beds and length ways ventilation,which can guarantee the ventilation and the low temperature,at the same time,avoid the skin contact between the different hog cotes and groups ,to a certain extent,thus avoiding the fast spreading of some infectious disease.
